Disclosure - You & Me [ft. Eliza Doolittle (Toro y Moi Remix)]

Disclosure, the exploding English EDM duo that just seems to be a shade of everywhere at the moment, may make some shudder. The Ultra Music friendly aura of instantly catchy dance tracks don't scream for effortless complexity, but that tone might change with this brand new Toro y Moi take on the duo's hit "You & Me," featuring Eliza Doolittle.

The front-faced vocals are turned to mimicking loops, with humbled summery production cruising right through. The energy, for fans of the original, isn't at all similar, but it's a noble take that turns in a surprising direction. Stream it below.

New Toro Y Moi video - Never Matter

Using the, "Hey, listen to this stuff" technique at a flea market, director Steve Daniels gives a more fun (until the end) vibe to Toro Y Moi's "Never Matter." Despite the clear volunteer portions of the video, there is a scripted story here, with Chaz Bundick appearing at the end with a surprise.

Solé Fixtape Vol. 7 (via Goldroom)

Among regular mixtape outlets, Solé Bicycle Co., a Venice, California bicycle company, may be a little lesser known. However, since starting in 2009, the company has been pretty courteous with their Solé Fixtape's.

This month's tape, the seventh in the series, is brought to us from Goldroom. Featured on the 17-track mix, which is free to download below, is the spirited Lindstrøm remix of Grizzly Bear's "Gun-Shy," and some of the newest from Toro y Moi's recent Anything In Return LP.
