Evenfall is the upcoming LP from Paris’ Sebastien Schuller (out May 25), and the album’s stunning collage cover artwork is by one of my favorite artists, the amazing Agnes Montgomery. You may recall Montgomery’s glorious Pool Party (pictured below), which graced the cover of Panda Bear’s Person Pitch, and is probably the most uncannily fitting album artwork of, well, ever. So you have copied the Gorillavsbear post verbatim. Does that not render this blog redundant? or is it just plagerism?
The point of the post was to highlight a new artist that I had just discovered. I linked to the page where I found the recommendation.
I do follow gvb but have not seen this artist there, nor did I know the post came from there.
I see you left a post at that site as well.
Follow it up the chain dude... most bloggers don't see themselves at writers as much as filters. The copy doesn't really matter that much, its about the artists you profile. I do write my own summaries and when I don't I link to the source like I did here.
